Updates from the cave

The good news is we found a new place to inhabit! The bad news is that there is no home internet available at this time, so my ability to post on my website is significantly reduced for the foreseeable future. I am going to be posting on Ebay and likely re-opening my Etsy shop as I can access those from my phone. 

I still have quite a few Original Finish Breyers to find new homes for, as well as other hobby items, resins, etc. And I will still hopefully be creating more of my "Wrecks" soon! I have some building and finishing to do in my new studio space, but hope to have everything set up by the end of April.

This is a big move for us.  We left the area we grew up in, and have lived for most of the last 35 plus years. There have been a few that have stopped by to tell us "thank you" for putting up the signs and pride flags.  The American flag flies upside-down over a sign that reads "Relocating but still RESISTING FASCISM!" (lest it be read by the MAGAs that drive past as a victory for them), and a challenge to Build Community.  Yesterday a mom and son stopped by to give us a little git bag of trinkets that said "You are my Sunshine" and tell us how much she loves it all, and it challenges her to be brave.  A few weeks ago a newly out lesbian left a letter in our mailbox thanking us for the flags, and helping her to know she has "family" nearby.  Last week a man came to the door to compliment the signs and flags, and ask who our realtor was because he was wanting to get out of the area as well.  A lesbian couple used to drive past for grocery delivery and one day got our order to deliver. When they pulled up they were ecstatic that they got to deliver to our house at last, and meet us.  I am carrying every one of those moments with me, and hope they pick up where we are leaving off here.
